The hotel itself was beautiful, well taken care of and very clean. The staff both on the front desk and wait staff (Paolo?) were very helpful, very polite and friendly. The restaurant was extremely overpriced for very poorly prepared food. We had been traveling a month in Italy with this hotel our last stop and the two meals we ate here were the worst meals we had all month and probably more expensive than most of the others as well. Almost everything that came out of the kitchen was over cooked and bland. We dined at the family restaurant just down the hill for half the price and found it 10 times better!
