Su opinión: Altri posti sono piu' eleganti,e alla fine era meglio andare a dormire in un bed and breakfast che non in una soffitta. Poca pazienza da parte del personale, mi e' stato ricordato il prezzo delle camere per tre volte di continuo per giustificare la sostituzione della suite per camere meno eleganti della mia soffitta. Mai piu' in questo posto. Grazie.

Su opinión: Lumpy matress aside, the biggest problem was how hot and stuffy the room was. The front desk explained it was "winter" (end of Oct) so there was heat only. But it was warm inside and out. "Open the window" I was told, but there is no screen (plenty of flies) and a loud wedding/cleanup right outside. Ah, Italy. Hard to get to but beautiful once found. Surly then friendly valets - outstanding front desk service. Would have loved to have explored the grounds and building, but the wedding precluded that, meaning half the fun of the experience was barred.

Su opinión: Literie de la suite dépendance très dure - le lit pour la troisième personne très bas et inconfortable - la dépendance située en dehors du château n'est pas au niveau de la catégorie d'hôtel - robineterie de la baignoire à revoir - enfin pas de connexion WI FI et pas de câble possible pour l'internet - enfin aucune chaine de TV française par le satellite - en dehors de ces points, lieu très calme, piscine extra, personnel sympathique, très bons petits déjeuners - la carte des menus est un peu décevante par rapport au prix et à la qualité de la cuisine proposée.

Su opinión: The castle was beautiful, the staff was decently approachable but at the same time I paid for the valentines package- did not recieve the fruit or champagne until i had asked 3 times.. And never recieved the flowers I was promised. Also- I think that there should be a display of the valentines menu before the guests pay for a dinner they cant eat- I really dislike seafood so was only able to eat about 1 portion of the whole meal. Thank you!

Su opinión: Struttura stupenda, cucina ricercata e servita in maniera impeccabile. Ho soggiornato in una Camera Deluxe, molto spaziosa e ben arredata. Ottima posizione per visitare Roma, a circa 10km. L'unica cosa che magari non entusiasma al 100% è il centro benessere, ma quello è un surplus, inoltre chi soggiorna d'estate può usufruire anche della piscina all'aperto! Lo consiglio assolutamente, soprattutto per un weekend romantico.

Su opinión: The staf was kind, but no more than they had to be. We had the feeling of "oh, are you guests at our hotel". We are by this meaning to say that you have to take better care of your guests. The food was marvelous! Our regards to the shef! All in all we are satisfied with our stay, but we felt a bit left alone :-)

Su opinión: All was excellent. The unique problem was that the principal activity of Hotel Relais Castello della Castelluccia was seminaries or receptions (mariages, commercial events, ...). So during the dinner and the nights we were disturbed by noises made during events. Not so important but...

Su opinión: Hello, I stayed alone & I loved my stay at the Castello della Castelluccia it was beautiful and peaceful and for the most part everyone was very nice and helpful. Roberto and Gas were very helpful. 1. I had a slight problem at the bar shortly after I arrived - I attempted to purchase a glass of wine but was told by a not too friendly male that there was only grapa or whiskey and made no other suggestions or attempts to assist me and I walked away. 2. I had requested information on getting to the hotel from the airport and was kindly sent an email with the following information " take the train at the airport to get to Roma Trastevere and then take a second train direction Viterbo e/o Cesano and you stop at the train station of Giustiniana. Once you arrive at the train station of Giustinianina, our shuttle which is free of cost can take you to the Castle", I chose to take the train-metro-train-shuttle and quickly became confused when I arrived at the metro because there are 2 Vertbo's and 2 La Giustiana stations. When I called for assistance and spoke to female at the front desk she was polite and told me only where to get off, when I called a 2nd time because I was headed towards Viterbo e/o Cesano she became short with me and sounded frustrated and told me "I don't know how many times I have to tell you" and then hung up. It was only my second call - maybe she had other travelers calling about the same time. Please include a copy of the metro map when sending email to new clients, it will be much easier for them. 3. The shuttle times were not too accomadating, every hour would have been much better. I look forward to staying at your hotel again - it was well worth the slight confusion I had to arrive there. Su opinión: We wish we could have stayed longer. Fantastic service, friendly staff. What a beautiful place. we had dinner at the restaurant and it was a great experience, from the food to the service from Oscar. We would defintely come back and recommend to everyone we know.
