Son commentaire: Nous avons passés un séjour agréable à la Masseria San Martino qui est très bien située pour visiter les Pouilles. Les prestations sont globalement satisfaisantes et l'accueil courtois. L'appartement que nous avions était spacieux, équipé d'une terrasse, et correctement équipé pour une famille avec deux enfants. Il n'y a rien à redire au niveau de la propreté: ménage effectué et linge changé deux fois par semaine.Au niveau des extérieurs, la piscine est très plaisante et d'une bonne dimension.

Son commentaire: When we arrived at the Masseria San Martino there was a family party in progress - we were not greeted and when we found the owner he had been drinking. They did not show us to our apartment or show how to turn on the gas stove or the hot water - we had to figure this all out on our own. The kitchen was extremely poorly equiped and the pots and pans were of extremely poor quality - very thin and scratched teflon. There was only one knife for cutting and eating. And there was old rotting garbage left under the sink. We had to ask for clean towels during our stay and the lights in the bathroom did not all work. Over all service and our stay was EXTREMELY POOR and we were EXTREMELY disappointed in the Masseria and would never never recommend it to anyone. We are very concerned that you carry it on your website as you position yourself as offering high quality accommodation. As our stay at Borgo Storia Seghetti Panichi was FANTASTIC. I would urge you to reconsider carrying Masseria San Martino. Breakfast was often without a full service of foods. I hope this is helpfull. With best regards.
