Son commentaire: I cannot speak highly enough about the standard of the hotel and your staff. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpfull I would not hestitate to recommedn your hotel to my friends and business associates. my only negative is wifi does not work in your rooms.

Son commentaire: The night we stayed in the hotel there was a wedding which took over the whole hotel we didn't want to invade a privat function but we had no where to go except our room a bar or area should be kept for guests which are nothing to do with the function we couldn't even get a coffee, all staff were attending the function. we had to go into the town for our meal. Will not recomend to anybody. Rooms excellant

Son commentaire: un solo difetto. Bastava una doccia veloce per allagare il bagno... Per il resto raffinatezza, eleganza. Un soggiorno di lavoro è diventato un tuffo piacevole in una atmosfera magica.

Son commentaire: Vorspeisen sehr gut. Hauptgerichte im Restaurant eher befriedigend, ebenfalls Dessert und Weinangebot- wenig junge Jahrgänge beim Weißwein. Ansonsten super Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Wir würden es immer weiterempfehlen und auch selber nochmal buchen. Besten Dank und freundliche Grüße Leonore Strödter

Son commentaire: Il mio soggiorno presso l' albergo "Castello Chiola" e' stato un' esperienza inaspettabile , una sorpresa piacevole di qualita' di servizi e luoghi,nonche' di persone gentili e sempre piu' che disponibili. Esprimere i miei ringraziatamenti sarebbe troppo poco.. Spero di ritornarvi al piu' presto possibile.

Son commentaire: Ambiente suggestivo, personale gentilissimo... l'unica pecca lo chef! Il mio palato si aspettava qualcosina in piu' dato il menu' succulento. Per un week end romantico all'insegna del relax ve lo straconsiglio.

Son commentaire: The hotel is really great - spacious rooms, well restored castle, nice surroudings and very polite service. For an absolute perfection the hotel lacks a cozy bar where to spend some time before or after dinner. We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant one night, but it was too hotel like, without the charm and coziness. The food althouh good was something you would get in any medium italian restaurant around the world, not what one would expect in Italian countryside.

Son commentaire: Aspetto sontuoso. Le camere sono spaziosissime e confortevoli. I bagni altrettanto spaziosi. Ci si potrebbe domandare perche' in tanto spazio non ci sia ad esempio una cabina doccia invece che una inefficiente tendina intorno a una porzione della vasca da bagno...La sala per le colazioni e' arredata con ridondanza di tessuti e tappezzerie, ma il buffet non e' all'altezza. Si potrebbe consigliare ai gestori una presentazione prodotti locali (ad esempio formaggi e salumi) invece delle fettine rettangolari di fontina dall'aspetto sintetico accompagnate dall'immancabile prosciutto cotto. Nonostante la sontuosita' dell'apparato, lo spazio intorno alla piccola piscina non e' attrezzato con dei lettini prendisole o sdraio, e l'unica possibilita' di rilassarsi all'esterno rimangono le scomode seggioline ai tavolini.

Son commentaire: Come risulta dalle mie risposte sono rimasto soddisfatto del soggiorno nella Vostra struttura, tuttavia (non c'era questa domanda)devo lamentare una notevole difficoltà per trovarvi nonnostante mi fossi stampato il percorso con la guida "Viamichelin". In altri termini io qualche soldo in cartellonistica specifica lo spenderei. Un Vostro cameriere mi ha detto che la concorrenza si ruba i cartelli?..... Le stesse insegne del paese Loreto Aprutino sono scarse

Son commentaire: dalle camere si sentono le voci del corridoio , mancanza di ciabatte usa e getta, mancanza di accappatoi.

Son commentaire: Nulla da dire in merito a struttura e trattamento, assolutamente perfetti. Nota di merito per il Direttore della Struttura, persona eccellente sotto il profilo umano e professionale. Anche se interista... Mi concentrerei di più, a voler essere pignolo, sulla realizzazione di percorsi ed itinerari da proporre agli ospiti: ad esempio consigli sulla visita dei paesi limitrofi - splendidi - tipo Penne, Città S.Angelo o la stessa Pescara, Villafranca, Montesilvano etc etc, associati ai migliori ristoranti o trattorie tipiche dei luoghi in questione.

Son commentaire: E'veramente un posto incantevole,trascorrere un weekend nella struttura è sinonimo di piacere,relax ma soprattutto sogno.Le camere sono immense dalle volte affrescate,arredate con gusto e farsi servire la colazione in camera rende ancora più bello il soggiorno.

Son commentaire: I thought the hotel and its furnishings were beautiful. I thought the hotel staff were very courteous and efficient. My only complaint was; that I thought the menu was limited, and not particularly exciting. I would much rather see traditional regional Italian food, that is both rustic and exciting, with big portions. I felt the food was aimed too much at a tourist pallet. Also make sure that what you write on the menu, is was you serve, my spaghetti dish that was supposed to have pine kernels and olive pate in it, had neither. I sent it back, when it came back it had pine kernels on it but still no trace of olive pate, I gave up at this point!!!

Son commentaire: For us everything was excellent . Very friendly , nice location , ... Maybe one point that I can suggest. When you stay several nights ,then the menu is the same . Maybe after a few days changing the menu .

Son commentaire: A very pleasant hotel to stay. It was our second stay. However three things: - via e-mail we asked for a specific room which was confirmed. However we got another room; - the guests of the weddings held in the hotel were very noisy, which ment no sleep for two nights. Maybe the personel can be more alert on the behaviour of the guests of large groups or put the party guest seperate. Now we had a room between all the party guests who were talking, singing, laughing till four o'clock in the morning; - the advance payment via Castelli net was not specified on the bill at checking out.
