Il suo commento: Ottima struttura per quanto riguarda le camere dei veri e propri appartamenti un po' dispersiva per quanto riguarda il resto.Per fare colazione bisogna vestirsi e fare 200 metri per andare nella sala idem per il ristorante idem per andare in piscina.Per i bambini non e' il massimo escono con la testa bagnata ...... idem per andare al mini club...!!! Molto comoda per le piste ma non per figli piccoli

Il suo commento: Ha sido una semana increible. El pueblo precioso, el apartamento perfecto, limpio, amplio y moderno. Las pistas muy accesibles desde la cabina que esta a dos minutos del apartamento. Me ha parecido baratisimo acostumbrado a lo que son los alpes en austria, francia, suiza o dolomitas. Lo mejor, unas montañas hermosas, con pistas eternas entre arboles. Volvere seguro.

Il suo commento: Il nostro secondo soggiorno al Pragelato Resort è stato altrettanto piacevole che il primo lo scorso dicembre. Una struttura piacevole perfettamente inserita nel paesaggio. Sempre piacevolissima e graditissima l'animazione. Menzioni speciali vanno a Matteo, che accompagnadoci sulle piste ci a permesso di scoprire e riscoprire con facilità la Via Lattea, a Khaled per il suo calore umano e la fantastica interpretazione di Micheal Jackson, a "Delirio" per le magnifiche serata al piano bar ed Andrea dal grande sorriso, comunque all'equipe tutta. Un piccolo appunto relativamente allo stato degli appartamenti e dei locali comuni, la fine stagione si risente con una minor cura dell'ordine/pulizia.

Il suo commento: abbiamo soggiornato in un bungalow molto confortevole , molto bella la struttura del resort ,che necessiterebbe però di qualche manutenzione in più, ottima spa ,solo discreto il ristorante cortesia nella norma di tutto il personale. Valido il collegamento con sestriere via funivia adatto anche a chi ha solo scarse capacità con gli sci. Spero di poter ritornare l'anno prossimo e consiglio tranquillamente questo resort

Il suo commento: Ottimo, tutto perfetto, carinissimi i ragazzi della SPA e del trasporto bagagli, anche le ragazze della reception simpatiche e molto a modo l'unica cosa che vorrei sottolineare è il fatto che tutto quello che necessita di sapere all'arrivo lo devi chiedere, tipo: dove si trova la sala ristorante, l'orario della cena e della colazione, la consegna di una cartina del comprensorio sciistico,informazione per accedere alla SPA, l'orario della funivia ecc.., ritengo siano indicazioni importanti soprattutto per il cliente che soggiorna per la prima volta.

Il suo commento: ottima la disponibilità dello staff e del direttore...ottima la squadra dell'animazione il capo è veramente bravo e professionale.....unici nei la funivia rotta e la direzione per niente disponibile ad affrettare la riparazione nè il sevizio alternativo efficente....il direttore del village che non ne poteva niente si è accollato gli oneri per dare una mano agli sciatori!! Faticosa racchettata post funivia per raggiungere la seggiovia .....Grazie cmq a tutti lo raccomando sicuramente e tornerò!!!

Il suo commento: We have stayed at the resort twice previously, and I recomended to friends who came on this visit. The resort has obviously gone through change not now having the 5 star service as before. Although the staff were frendly and polite it seemed the resort were short on staff overall. We were very disapointed with the food arrangement and quality particulally at Breakfast.And why were no food/snacks available when people were ending they day on the slopes?? Finally its a great resort but it needs a balance you have very good accomatation but requires the addition service, maybe not as previouly but needs improvement before we would book again. Please take my comments as construtive not a complaint.

Il suo commento: We came here on the recommendation of friends who book every year for a group of 10-15 people and have visited this hotel a few times over the last few years. After a long journey we arrived at reception to check in and waited 30minutes as there was a large chaotic queue although we had not arrived on a group booking or with a tour operator. When we originally booked we decided to upgrade to a hotel room junior suite on a half board basis. Based on the photographs on the icastelli website this suite was made to look far superior to the self catering apartments which were also on offer. When we checked in we were advised that our room was still occupied and we were given a temporary self catering room for the night and were told we would be moved in the morning. We did not complain as we understand that this can sometimes happen however we were not offered so much as an apology for the inconvenience. When we were moved the next morning, we were moved to what seemed to be a larger version of the same self-catering room with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. Which is not what was advertised as a junior suite and as there were only 2 of us we did not require an apartment for 6 people. We went to reception to question whether we were in the right accommodation and were dismissively told by the reception staff that the photos on the website are misleading and that we had in fact been allocated the correct room although in the room specification no mention was made that the junior suite was actually a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and living room with sofa bed, in total 3 beds, enough for 6 people. When we questioned why we had a kitchen the reception staff said that it was not self catering because the kitchen did not have a hob. The reception also did not have a copy of our reservation so we had to get my sister to email the details over to prove we had paid for a junior suite. This took some time and further inconvenience and we lost a day which could have been spent skiing. The managers attitude was impolite and we were made to feel that the matter was of the least importance. We had organised privately to book the holiday with some other friends who decided to go self catering at the same hotel and when we saw their accommodation it was identical to ours except that they had asked for a self catering apartment for 4 people. The hotel should not advertise 'suites' if the only accommodation which is available are apartments. Nevertheless, the accommodation was 5 star, the rooms were clean and comfortable and in a great location just steps away from the cable car. The 'half-board' food service was very poor. On the first dinner which we booked, we waited over 30 minutes to be offered a drink and a further 30 minutes for our food order to be taken. In total it took almost 3 hours to dine that evening because of the extremely slow service. We would highly recommend considering a buffet if the menu is set and if there is not enough staff to operate the restaurant table service. When we tried to book for dinner again the next evening as we had paid for half board, we were told that the restaurant was full and that in future we would need to book a day in advance. We ate a total of twice at the hotel restaurant and stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. Apart from this the food was reasonable with the exception of the breakfast which was extremely limited with the only 'hot' option being scrambled egg every day. Many people were not asked their room numbers at breakfast, and many ate for free as they were not charged and they had not paid for half board. Between 12 and 4pm during the day there is nowhere in the resort to buy hot food as the hotel food shop does not open until 4.30pm and the Après ski bar is only open for drinks until approximately 4pm. The Après Ski/snack bar staff also guessed the bills on most occasions and either always over or under charged. We would recommend using a proper tab system to avoid this. The spa opened at 11am and shut at 1pm until 4pm everyday and when it was open the swimming pool was full of screaming children. The spa also charges for compulsory items such as a towels and swimming caps which we think that the price of 20euros daily entry charge to the spa should cover. There is no information with regards to busses to Sestrierre, and when we asked at reception the timing information given was wrong on more than one occasion and the hotel does not offer a shuttle bus service. We also booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel which when booked through the hotel was 210euros and when booked with the same company privately on our return to the airport cost 140euros. This incidentally also occurred when booking taxis from reception. It was always 10euros more expensive when booked through the hotel than when booked direct with the taxi company. Very little information was made available to guests with regards to busses, taxis, opening times and cable car times. The lobby was always dirty with food on the floor and dirty tables. The cable car was also broken for 2 days out of our 4 day lift pass. One of our friends that were staying in the self-catering chalet asked for fresh towels and were charged 20 euros. They never received the towels but they were still billed for them which then had to be argued upon check-out. All considered, in the unlikely event we were to visit again, we would stay self catering for accommodation only. The hotel has five star quality accommodations with 1 star service. This is a shame because with a little more effort from the staff and a little more attention to detail this could be a truly excellent hotel. We hope that you will find our feedback useful for using our criticism constructively and hope you will not take our comments personally.

Il suo commento: We stayed at your hotel 3 years ago and preferred the dinner arrangements better to those that you currently operate, also we felt the Breakfast in the dining room was very poor for a hotel claiming to be 5 star. Mostly we found the staff helpful and courteous with the exception of the reception staff who were not as helpful as they should have been. Il suo commento: The service was a bit inconsistent. Many of the staff were lovely, but the hostess at the front desk upon our arrival was not welcoming, and failed to explain basic procedures such as when & where to show up for meals, use of the spa, etc.

Il suo commento: Non sono rimasto assolutamente soddisfatto dalla qualità dei cibi serviti durante i pasti e visto che erano a prenotazione mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più. Troppe cose da pagare non comprese rispetto agli altri anni. Meglio una formula all inclusive anche con prezzi più alti. Comfort camera due stanze buono ma assolutamente scadente nella formula per tre persone con una camera e divano letto. Reception all'altezza ma non il personale di servizio.

Il suo commento: Il servizio era chiaramente improvvisato con personale non a conoscenza delle attrezzature e del luogo. Pagamento di una carta club ingiustificata per il servizio offerto. Gli chalet e la località sono molto belli, ma anche la pulizia non è stata adeguata in relazione ad un'aspettativa di servizio quattro stelle. Il servizio ristorante e la qualità del cibo non all'altezza (a parte i dolci). Ai tavoli servita acqua del rubinetto a pagamento.

Il suo commento: excellent hébergement, avec beaucoup de services sur place. La restauration en revanche n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles (cuisine trop simple et collective). Et le service très inégal : un maitre d'hotel et un serveur très courtois, un autre serveur franchement désagréable, à la limite de l'impolitesse. Il n'avait pas sa place dans cet établissement, aucune notion du service au client, alors que nous avons essayé de resté souriant et calme avec lui, il n'a même pas su nous sourire à son tour. Lamentable !

But since you are asking our oppinion I would like to give you the following feedback: Rooms are beautiful and bathrooms are great, but you should put a mattress cover (pad) on the mattress for hygenic reasons. The location is great with respect to the gondola although the staff was very friendly they were not very knowledgeable about the gondola or the little lift out of the village. The internet works and was free but it is very strange to have a password for one hour. We only had BB and the breakfast was adequate (not great). A little variation from day to day might be nice if you are staying for a long time. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and I have to say it was the worse meal I have had in a very long time. We like everything, but the meat was bad and impossible to cut or chew. I have to say that we were glad that we weren't obligated to go every night. We had dinner at the pizza restaurant and that was fine. Other suggestions would be to have a map of the property available and have a dvd library (rental OK) for those non italian, or german guests who can't watch the tv. Again, overall we had a great time and if the opportunity arrises will come back. Thank you, Mrs. Bartlett
