Il suo commento: We were very disappointed with our room. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly there was a used piece of soAp in the shower. The bathroom and shower is in need of refurbishment. I expected much more for the price of the room and would not recommend staying there to anyone. Had it not been my nieces wedding iwould have refused to pay full price.

Il suo commento: Me, my wife and son had an excellent time during our 2 day stay at Airth Castle. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The facilities met all our needs for the 2 day chill out and the location emant we could visit Stirling Castle within a few minutes drive. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Il suo commento: We had a lovely stay at Airth Castle. Our room in the castle was huge - it was great. Very comfortable indeed. The staff and food in the restaurant was first class - well done. My major complaint surrounds the leisure facilities. Mum and I found the swimming pool area to be very small and the changing facilities were not good enough considering Airth Castle calls itself a spa. There was changing cubicles for 3 or 4 people and a small bench for 3 people to change at. The changing rooms were very small and people had to bump into each other to pass by. I also requested a brochure by email, twice, for the spa treatments. Both emails were ignored and when I got to the resort I was told everything was fully booked. No apology was made for the failure to email a brochure.

Il suo commento: Staff were quite obnoxious to be honest. Me and my partner were snubbed a few times by the waiting staff when we were seated at breakfast which made us feel a little uncomfortable. The rooms were quite dated apart from the bathroom which was lovely. We are a young couple both under 25 and to be honest we dont complain about hotels as its obvioulsy a busy place but to be honest we were quite dissapointed in the service. We have a family weekend this weekend at Airth so we will see if the service has improved any. We received this weekend as a gift from parents. Dont get me wrong the food was amazing and the surroundings were beautiful but that can seem so far away when you dont get the best customer service!

Il suo commento: We were not given a room shown in the picture on the web site. The room assigned was on the top floor with no window outlook. The hallway on that floor had just been painted with an oil based paint that provided a strong odor in the room. After some hassle due to shortage of alternative rooms. We were assigned a much nicer room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent, food was great. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip, however I will be very careful to verify that we are assigned a decent room first.

Il suo commento: Zimmer im Schloss sind sehr schön. Leider ist der komplette Service mit Rezeption und Restaurant im angegrenzten(modernen hässlichen) Resort und nicht im Schloss!

Il suo commento: This is a truly fantastic destination for anyone who loves fine dining and great superior rooms, the best i have ever stayed in and the service is of the highest quality. The castle is just brilliant.
