This hotel is wonderful, however the rooms, both guest rooms and public rooms could use freshing up a bit. The rooms were tired, the air conditioning in our room did not work effectively, and there were numerous flying insects in the room.
The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The restaurants and other facilities (pool, bar) were excellent. |

The staff is fantastic, in particular Ignacio, Vincenzo and Filippo.
It is because of them that we enjoy our stay.
The dining room and the bar at night are a bit dreary. Bar could be spruced up a bit. |
