Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit in Ihrem Hotel.Wir fühlten uns wie in einer Zeitreise zurück in Mittelalter.Das 4-Gängemenü in Ihren Restaurant war unschlagbar.Im Anschluß reisten wir ins Castello "Viggiomaggio" bei Greve in der Toskana.Wir führen ein italienisches Spezialitätengeschäft und erledigen unsere Einkäufe immer im Mai.

His Opinion: Ospitalità perfetta, gentilezza, cortesia. L'unico appunto che non abbiamo potuto partecipare alla visita guidata perchè si svolgeva alle 11,00 e noi siamo partiti alle 9.30. Magari al momento della prenotazione sarebbe opportuno comunicare anche la possibilitò di una visita giudata del castello con gli orari. Per il resto tutto MOLTO bello. Grazie

His Opinion: Ilcastello è senza dubbio incantevole. Il soggiorno era l'occasione di una sorpresa di compleanno per la moglie, ma la camera data per l'occasione (depandance fuori dal castello) è risultata mediocre da hotel a malaa pena di 3 stelle e non del tutto pulita. In compenso abbiamo cenato molto bene. Credo che chi soggiorni in una struttura del genere voglia gustare il piacere di soggiiornare in un castello e non in un edificio costruito per l'occasione nel suo cortile. Purtroppo il mio regalo non ha dato gli effetti che mi immaginavo.

His Opinion: It was very hot and the air conditioning was not functioning or on when we arrived. It took a very long time to get the room cooled off.
While most of the staff were great and friendly, the receptionist was very cold and not very friendly at all. Since she's the first contact I would recommend that she works on this.

His Opinion: Struttura da sogno, staff molto professionale, attento e cordiale. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall'estrema attenzione alla "manutenzione" di una struttura molto complessa. La cucina è ottima e la cantina è degna di nota. Molto carina e ben realizzata la visita guidata alle varie stanze del castello. Abbiamo già consigliato un soggiorno al Castello di Pavone a moltissime persone, per noi è stato superlativo in ogni suo aspetto. I nostri più sinceri complimenti.

His Opinion: It was a pity that we had to move from the Superior Suite to a Junior suite because there was a problem with the heating and hot water. There were also some problems with the Junior suite: the towel rail was broken, the toilet roll holder and another fixing were insecure, the bath tap did not work and the shower was not very usable as the hose needed changing because it had been broken. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom to get rid of the steam.
However, we did enjoy our stay and the Management were considerate in the final bill by acknowledging the faults which did spoil our stay as I had booked a Superior Suite as a surprise for my husband as a little extra to his Xmas present as we had spent a week skiing in Courmayeur and this was to have been the end of a super Xmas holiday for just the two of us!
However, food was excellent, although maybe we could have had the a la carte menu with additional charge. It would have been good also to have known the history of the castle in the other sections not just the 30 minute tour. Other suggestion is that a more detailed booklet should be available to inform guests of the origin etc. of the Castle.
Great venue for conferences and special events, but to entice me to stay more than a night or weekend it needs a spa, gym, pool.

His Opinion: Aunque el lugar resulta original por sus características, el pueblo que tiene próximo no es agradable y no tiene un lugar donde cenar, por lo tanto uno se ve obligado a cenar en el hotel (el restaurante es muy bueno)y esto incrementa el costo final.Deberían mejorar la iluminación interna, los ladrillos y la piedra terminan por crear una atmósfera de encierro nada agradable. La comodidad de la habitación y del baño es excelente.

Il Castello è stupendo.
Unica delusione questa volta la camera suite (sulla torre)non proprio bellissima, ci aspettavamo di più rispetto la camera normale dell'ultima volta.
Infatti mancava l'idromassaggio nel bagno e cmq non all'altezza di una suite, no LCD e il riscaldamento non riusciva a riscaldare adeguamente la camera.

His Opinion: E' la seconda volta che dormo nel Vostro castello. La prima volta la sorte ci aveva assegnato una camera decisamente migliore e più spaziosa ma in ogni caso non posso lamentarmi nemmeno di questa.

His Opinion: Il ns. soggiorno nella Vs. struttura é stato complessivamente piacevole anche se avremmo delle annotazioni: non ci aspettavamo una cena del tipo "nouvelle cuisine" pensavamo a porzioni diverse (meglio avvertire)... His Opinion: Bonjour, nous avions choisi le pack "Sogno di mezza estate" et avions décidé de bénéficier du diner le deuxième soir au lieu du premier - car nous y avons passé deux nuits. Le serveur n'était pas au courant de ce changement et nous avons dû le lui rappeler car il nous a remis le menu... Seconde chose, qu'il y ait un repas de groupe prévu c'est une chose mais qu'il y ait aussi la discothèque jusqu'à 1h du matin très peu pour nous. Surtout quand on a mal à la tête et que la musique résonne dans les murs. Sinon nous avons beaucoup aimé le chateau en lui-même, la visite de celui-ci aussi. Cordialement, Céline Croizat

His Opinion: DUE GIORNI STUPENDI, IN UN CASTELLO CHE RIESCE A RIEVOCARE LA STORIA E LA CULTURA PASSATE NEL MIGLIOR MODO POSSIBILE. STUPENDA LA CAMERA, OTTIMO IL SERVIZIO E LA CUCINA. GRAZIE!

His Opinion: Once we found our way IN, the staff was less then accommadating, we booked a castle stay, but alas we were staying in an outbuilding( done over, nice bathroom,NICE SHEETS, very poor lighting(if fact broken)&Dogs barking, Hotel sign out our window. Further we asked to see the castle THAT AFTERNOON and were told it was not possible( till MAYBE after dinner 11pm)at that point were so dissapointed. Dinner was served in a large room WITH so many lights and so bright it made it very unappealing. We asked for the lights to be turned down, but were told it was not possible, too bad we could have used some light in the bedroom. Well, we never saw the castle the staff wasn't even friendly and we will never book this way again. If I were you I would check up abit more, essential it was a bed and breakfast. I'm sure the castle was interesting but NO ONE EVERY ASKED IF WE CARED TO SEE A THING, WHAT DID THEY THINK WE CAME FOR?????
