His Opinion: The staff and employees were great. The first night of our stay at Torri Pepoli there was a strong thunder storm with heavy rain. Water ran down the wall beside our bed. During the night I went too the bathroom and there were creatures on the bathroom floor. The room was extremely small with old bedding. Despite all the above the view and the staff made the stay nice. Ed Rommel

His Opinion: Fantastic service and location. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable but otherwise an excellent hotel.

His Opinion: We received excellent service from the young man who took all our bags up the staircase to our room - we noticed that he was busy the next day working in the garden as well. Also the waitress who served us dinner was very friendly which was great.

His Opinion: We loved the location and the town. We felt the pricing reflected the view and the castle setting more than the creature comforts of the rooms. The service was excellent and we particularly appreciated Enzo's help and good humor.

His Opinion: Wir hatten nicht den Eindruck dass wir in einer Junior-Suite untergebracht waren, eher in einem Komfortzimmer. Zudem hatte man uns sicher im abgelegensten Winkel anstelle im Hauptgebäude untergebracht.Insgesamt ein sehr schlechtes Preis/Qualitätsverhältnis.

His Opinion: Buona sera, i nostri clienti ci hanno riferito che il castello è meraviglioso e l'ubicazione splendida. Anche le camere sembrano essere piuttosto confortevoli, ma il Vostro personale in questo Resort non parla l'Inglese (reception, bar ecc) e forse l'unico punto di ristoro all'interno della struttura non è abbastanza rifornito e non fa orari adeguati alla mentalità di turisti dal mondo !

His Opinion: The location and room was amazing. There were some parts of the room that were damaged and the receptionist, whilst helpful, could have conceded that the tap in the bathroom was difficult. If that was a problem with others as she said, they could have shown how to use it. Also , there was very little guest information available when we arrived. A very memorable stay all the same.

His Opinion: Abbiamo usufruito del pacchetto 2 cuori e una suite, ci siamo trovati benissimo, personale cortese, posizione eccezionale con vista sulla valle. Anche la cena e`stata ottima. Unico appunto:ci aspettavamo la camera 1po'piu`grande.

His Opinion: The staff was extremely nice & helpful, the room was beautiful and the food was fantastic.

His Opinion: Reception office smells like an ash tray. No direction where to park car to bring in luggage. No notice on closing castle doors at night. (locked out). Restaurant manager very helpful, also on duty at reception from midnight on the 14th. (Apologise forgot his name)

His Opinion: Un panorama indimenticabile, camere curate in ogni dettaglio, menu' dal gusto particolare e dai sapori unici e soprattutto gentilezza, cortesia e alta professionalità del personale.Insomma consiglio a tutti di passare un soggiorno da favola in questa stupenda struttura.

His Opinion: We were disappointed that we weren't informed that the restaurant was going to be closed for dinner prior to our stay. Also felt the hotel could have been sign posted better. The service was great and very personal and our room was beautiful.

His Opinion: Nonostante qualche problema nella stanza (forte vento ed infiltrazione da tutti gli infissi di aria fredda)per il resto E' VERAMENTE MAGNIFICO. PANORAMA DALLA CAMERA STUPENDO. POTREBBE MIGLIORARE ANCORA DI PIU' DAL COMFORT DELLE CAMERE. COMUNQUE SI DEVE PROVARE!!! IN PRIMAVERA O ESTATE SICURAMENTE MIGLIORE PER ALLOGGIARE.
