The staff and employees were great. The first night of our stay at Torri Pepoli there was a strong thunder storm with heavy rain. Water ran down the wall beside our bed. During the night I went too the bathroom and there were creatures on the bathroom floor. The room was extremely small with old bedding.

We received excellent service from the young man who took all our bags up the staircase to our room - we noticed that he was busy the next day working in the garden as well. Also the waitress who served us dinner was very friendly which was great. |

Buona sera, i nostri clienti ci hanno riferito che il castello è meraviglioso e l'ubicazione splendida. Anche le camere sembrano essere piuttosto confortevoli, ma il Vostro personale in questo Resort non parla l'Inglese (reception, bar ecc) e forse l'unico punto di ristoro all'interno della struttura non è abbastanza rifornito e non fa orari adeguati alla mentalità di turisti dal mondo ! |

The location and room was amazing. There were some parts of the room that were damaged and the receptionist, whilst helpful, could have conceded that the tap in the bathroom was difficult. If that was a problem with others as she said, they could have shown how to use it. Also , there was very little guest information available when we arrived. A very memorable stay all the same.
