His Opinion: Cefalu is a nice town in a lovely location. Apartment was adequate...Francesco was very helpful and responsive. Disappointed that we were not informed that the apartment was NOT in a hotel and there was NO staff nor an elevator. And because the location was in a historic district the closest parking was one kilometer away. For these reasons I believe that 120 euros per night was too expensive. I will NOT give your property a good recommendation.

His Opinion: Hi Please can you come back to me on the following point. When I originally asked for a quote for this accommodation you quoted for your fee which was paid in advance then the money which was due to be paid at the location. I feel like we have been taken as when we arrived at the company office they said we had to pay a further 8 euros a day for the consumption, 40 euros for cleaning and 20 euros for towels and sheets. I thought this rather a large fee to pay when you are not expecting it on top of the room rate. If I had known then I could have made a judgement of whether the accomodation was worth the cost versus other options! Regards Caroline Collins

His Opinion: We enjoyed our stay very much (8 days). Due to the fact that it was quite warm weather those days, we would have appreciated if bed clothing and towels would have been changed at least once (we got the towels when we met the lady who cleaned up another flat). I think, you could take that up as an additional service included in the price (e.g. twice a week - just changing towels and sheets, no additional cleaning up). Regards, Irene Koller

His Opinion: Everything went very well. We were very happy with our apartment and the amenities like A/C and a washing machine. Our trip to Sicily was one of the best ever.
