His Opinion: We had a wonderful stay at Castello di Velona, The staff at the front desk was very attentive and our treatments with Roberta in the salon were sublime. Our only complaints would be that the phone lines were not up and running yet for housekeeping and room service. Also, housekeeping should clean up towels in bathroom at night when they do the turn down and also pick up the laudry bags as we had to keep bringing them down to the front desk. Other than that, our accoommodations were great and we hope to come back again. We will recommend the hotel to our family and friends.

His Opinion: Super hotel et tout les superlatifs, accueil chaleureux juste un bémol le restaurant est un peu froid niveau déco et un peu cher à mon goût.
