His Opinion: Helen was a delight - extremely helpful regarding plans for our whole trip, made suggestions and arranged all our excursions. She is wonderful and it was a real pleasure to meet her and stay at her home. Mustapha was great - so well taught how to look after people; always friendly and not able to do enough for us. Ksar Jallal needs a pool - we were disappointed that it didn't as it was extremely hot and we really wanted to relax by a pool and unwind but instead had to stay close to our room as only place to cool off. Road into the Ksar was a bit rough - out of the way and we certainly wondered what we were getting into but an absolute treasure once there. We would definitely recommend tKsar Jallal for anyone wanting to see the Sahara and be pampered completely.
