His Opinion: We had a bungalow with a Jacussi with loungers and table and chairs looking over a little hedge to the sea, perfect, out room was kept very clean. a wonderful place for a rest. The lady who did our trips was very helpful when we had a problem. the only thing was the that we found the meals in the evening a little limited, but over all we shall be going again.

His Opinion: Had significant difficulty at checkout but Elena the FOM stepped in and took care of it. We loved the hotel and someday hope to go back!

His Opinion: After going through a lot of trouble and scandal(we booked and prepaid a different kind of room than the one they initally gave us, they gave us a superior room than the one booked. However, the pictures do not correspond with the reality, the hotel premisses are smaller and the beach is public and not private, extremely crowded and with people passing by. We will not return.

His Opinion: Non abbiamo soggiornato nemmeno 1 notte. La posizione del resort è scadente, la camera a noi assegnata ( superior) era posizionata a lato della ferrovia!!!! Le vacanze sono fatte x riposare!!! Lo spazio del resort molto limitato ...resort da 5 stelle??? ....ne assegnerei max 2

His Opinion: Wir sind bei einer Planung von 11 Tagen nach 4 Tagen wieder abgereist. Auf der Isdola Bella und dem Privatstrand fanden ausführliche Bauarbeiten statt, die zum Teil mit Gehämmere um 4 Uhr morgens starteten und den ganzen Tag belebten. Als Familie haben wir eine - hoffnbungslos überteuerte - Suite bestellt, die aus zwei relativ kleinen zusammenhängenden Zimmern bestand, aber dafür direkt neben der Bar lag, in der den ganzen Tag und Abends laut Musik gespielt wurde - wahrscheinlich um den Baulärm des Strandes zu übertönen. Das Personal ist eigentlich freundlich, allerdings haben sie es durchaus geschafft, uns an zwei Abenden als einzige Gäste eine halbe Stunde sitzen zu lassen ohne nur nach den Wünschen zu fragen oder uns eine Karte zu bringen...die dann doch irgendwann kam. Beim dritten Mal allerdings hatten sie nur noch 1 Karte, da die neuen in Druck waren. Eine Weinkarte gab es nicht, aber der Kellner war dann gerne bereit, mir zwei Flaschen zur Auswahl zu zeigen. Das ganze Resort war in der Woche vor Ostern, als wir da waren, offensichtlich noch im Winterschlaf - allerdings zu Hauptsaison-Preisen. Damit haben wir aber hoffentlich unseren Beitrag geleistet, um die Bauarbeiten zügig abzuschliessen und zukünftigen Gästegenerationen einen besseren Service zu bieten. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

His Opinion: Fantastic service Very good ambience. We had a garden bungalow with garden view and spa. Everything well designed and kept with good taste..although the jacuzzi totally mismatch,it destroyed totally the nice bungalow area.SO..please advise to the hotel designers to have it integreted better in the scene..either by better coverage or lower it ...? Then I will it +++++++ stars
