    • Hello and thank you for your enquiry. Our apartments are located throughout the Quartermile development and vary on floors. All the rooms within each apartment are on the same floor. There is also lift access to each apartment.

    • Hello! Most of our apartments have a bathtub in them. We do have availability for a walk in shower however. Just let us know when you book and we can accommodate your needs.

    • Hello! Thank you for your enquiry. We do not have air conditioning, but we have central heating throughout the apartment for when it gets cold. In Scotland it is more likely to be cold than warm!

      The Quartermile has it's own public parking garage called the Q-Park Quartermile. Any visiting guests have the opportunity to use this garage when they arrive.
      This is located on Simpson Loan and costs roughly seventeen pounds for twenty four hours of parking.
      You can take a ticket on arrival and pay this at the machine when you plan to leave the garage.

      Our beds are all roughly 140am-15cm wide. These range between a standard Double (4ft6in) and Kingsize (5ft).

      All of the windows in the apartment will open to allow airflow in the apartment.

    • Hello! There is a public car park called Q-Park Quartermile located at the end of Simpson Loan. Parking costs roughly £18 per 24 hours. You can pre-book your parking if you know your arrival and departure times or simply take a ticket when you arrive. There is also limited street parking available at a much higher rate.

    • Only a couple of our 2 bedroom apartments have a balcony to the front of the sitting room. We do not advertise or charge for these apartments separately as the apartments are all very similar. If you make a request during your booking to have a balcony then we will always do our very best to allocate this to your booking, if it is upon arrival day.

    • We only have one balcony apartment, but this is on long term rental at the moment. Our 2 bedroom apartments do not generally have balconies but there are elevators to take you down stairs or we may be able to offer a ground floor property
