- Answering customer requests: email and phone calls - Coordinate requests with hotels - Process payments - Build and maintain strong customer relationships with customers in order to obtain a high standard of customer satisfaction - Able to manage, service and problem solve to the satisfaction of all parties (hotels and customers) - Willing and able to work as a team member to continually improve the service - Knowledge: outlook express and internet, online reservation system - Native speaker in one of the following languages: English, German, French or Spanish and also fluent in two of the following languages: Italian, English, German and French or Spanish
