Ihr Kommentar: Very bad : even if workers are very nice, there is no service. The room was located at 1 meter of a wall, just in front of the room window. Cable TV did not work (SKY). Internet connection did not work for two days. Prices annouced on restaurant menu are not the same as on the bill. The price paid does not worth hotel quality and service.

Ihr Kommentar: My wife and I rated our stay as excellent (location, quality of lodgings, space, landscaping, pool), but would much prefer to park near our bungalow and be better protected from commercial intrusions such as the D&G's. We would be more likely to become regular guests if you offered some beach activities such as kayaking, small-boat sailing and sport fishing (a good source of income for the hotel). Best regards. Ihr Kommentar: The hotel is excellent, very high standard of accommodation, lovely food and very helpful staff. The only problem is the distance from town. However, the management do try to overcome this problem with a courtesy bus. We did enjoy our stay very much.

Ihr Kommentar: Peccato ! Il complesso alberghiero è molto bello . La location è addirittura spettacolare. Manca purtroppo il personale in alcuni servizi. Ai bordi piscina non c'è traccia di addetti (bagnini) a cui chiedere un telo bagno. In costume da bagno , un ospite è costretto a recarsi alla reception per farseli consegnare dall'addetta all'in coming. Alle ore 13,00 - ora di un buon aperitivo ai bordi della piscina - non c'è traccia di camerieri per questo servizio . Dopo averli ordinati direttamente al bar ( DUE ANALCOLICI ) ci sono stati serviti assieme a quattro pasticcini con crema ! " Non c'erano salatini " è stata la risposta. Nelle camere , infestate da zanzare , per avere un fornellino chiesto alle ore 17,00 , si è atteso sino alle ore 2,00 di notte . Peccato ! Poteva essere un bel soggiorno. Ihr Kommentar: La qualità delle camere e del villaggio è ottima ma è assurdo che in un 5 stelle deluxe ha una spiaggia molto sporca e con residui di spazzatura e un'infinità di alghe. Abbiamo dovuto passare tutto il tempo in piscina, anche se é assurdo dire vacanza al mare! L'ultima critica che non ci è stata detta é quella che il villaggio é molto fuori mano, bisogna affittare un'auto perché se no i taxi sono veramente cari, ci vogliono 40 euro per fare andata e ritorno dal primo paese vicino. Devo anche sottoliniare che la cordialità del servizio ristorante e dei dipendenti era magnifica.
