Ihr Kommentar: The only complaints we have is that the shower was very poor (too hot or too cold) and that the oven did not heat from the bottom (only the top) so it made baking very difficult. It also would be nice to have a toaster in the apartment. Overall, however, it was an amazing stay and we would recommend it to anyone that wants to really get a great flavor of the Tuscan area. The view was breathtaking and the hospitality was wonderful. A real chance of a lifetime experience - Thanks!!

Ihr Kommentar: My husband and I spent a delightful (but short!) week at the Castello di Bibbione for our honeymoon. We fell in love with Italy on our trip to venice, but Tuscany, and in particular, this spot has taken our hearts. Everything about the castle stay was wonderful- staff were couteous, friendly and very helpful (we have a pitiful italian accent). The Castello apartment was unreal, we felt transported back into the 16th century and the minute detail that the owner has gone into redecorating in the Tuscan style was amazing. The grounds are immaculate and the activities and services that were provided were spectacular- in particul the wonderful breakfasts prepared by our hosts- the Sciachatta (sp), perconi cheese, fruit salad and cafe latte's almost everday were heaven. We loved the wine tasting and tour of the castle, so very informative and gave us a chance to socialize with the other guests. If anyone is hesitating about this place to stay, look no further. 20 minutes outside of Florence, and half an hour driving to San Grimangio, Volterra and countless other charming hilltop villages was fantastic. Perfect weather, perfect place, and perfect hostpitality. Cheers to the staff at Castello di Bibbione! Alison and Nick Farrell
