Ihr Kommentar: We were desappointed by the dinner not so famous. It 's not nomal that clients have to pay for internet connection and don't have any free wifi area. It was the unique hotel during our trip where we could'nt connect....but this hôtel was pleasant.

Ihr Kommentar: Mi sento di dire che l'unico neo da sottolineare è che il giorno della partenza, dovendo liberare la stanza entro le 12, ed avendo l'aereo alle ore 22 non abbiamo, nonostante richiesto, una camera d'appoggio e che quindi abbiamo utilizzato gli spogliatoi della piscina. Per un hotel del livello d Villa Igiea mi è risultato una forte caduta di stile. Grazie

Ihr Kommentar: The room was not ready when we arrived at 1:30 pm and thus had to leave luggage in storage. It was a little inconvenient but understandable.

Ihr Kommentar: Ho già visto che altri lo hanno fatto notare....un Hotel di questo livello non puo' chiedere 6 euro/ora per la connessione internet....dovrebbe essere un servizio incluso nel prezzo. Estremamente gradita la gentilezza del personale.

Ihr Kommentar: Quality - and prices - are very high, so we were very surprised 1) that internet access is not included in the price of the room but costs as much as 6 Euro per hour, and 2) that the hotel could not provide us with an electrical adaptor for our pc but sent us to the shops to buy one. It cost as little as 10 Euro, so I would strongly recommend that the 5 star hotel invest in one in order to avoid frustrations like ours.

Ihr Kommentar: hotel di grande charme con un'atmosfera incantevole . Posizione ottima sul mare e a pochi minuti dal centro di Palermo . Ritorneremo sicuramente ....il soggiorno presso Villa Igea da solo vale il viaggio a Palermo !

Ihr Kommentar: Room wasn't ready at first, even though we arrived late in the afternoon. Very inconvenient location, entailing a Euro 25 taxi ride to the Center. There was a half-consumed bottle of water in our room when we entered and a half bottle of Coca Cola in the barely-operating mini-bar. Excessive mildew in the bathtub.

Ihr Kommentar: Struttura splendita ma con una gran bisogno di rinnovo. L'acqua calda impiega dieci minuti ad arrivare in bagno, personale disponibile, cortese e professionale.

Ihr Kommentar: Unico punto debole secondo il Geom. Montuschi che ha alloggiato presso di Voi è il ristorante, che secondo lui non è all'altezza di tutto il resto (camere, ospitalità, posizione etc.)

Ihr Kommentar: This hotel is wonderful, however the rooms, both guest rooms and public rooms could use freshing up a bit. The rooms were tired, the air conditioning in our room did not work effectively, and there were numerous flying insects in the room. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The restaurants and other facilities (pool, bar) were excellent.

Ihr Kommentar: The staff is fantastic, in particular Ignacio, Vincenzo and Filippo. It is because of them that we enjoy our stay. The dining room and the bar at night are a bit dreary. Bar could be spruced up a bit.
