We enjoyed our stay very much as last year. The only problem I see that can be difficult for someone like me who drives to Matera, the parking is a major problem. Having to pay the extra 10 euro per day plus a 5 euro charge for the attendent is not very good. Your hotel charges are more than most for the size but you have a very intersting location so it does warent the cost. Although we do enjoy the hotel, the area of Matera does not have a lot to offer for regular returns. We do love you hotel and the staff could not be any better. They are all very helpful and eager to make you stay a pleasant adventure. We have wonderful fond memories from last year and this year as well.

la struttura è arhitettonicamente di estremo pregio..il mix di arredi fatto di arte povera e mobili moderni rendono la locanda un luogo quasi al di fuori del tempo..il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile a risolvere ogni tuo problema, lacittà di matera nel complesso è gradevole, le persone son gentili e mettono il turista a proprio agio...consiglio il soggiorno presso la locanda di san martino dove sicuramente farò ritorno...
