Situated on a gentle hill, in the heart of Collio, Capriva del Friuli, and immersed in the vegetation of a magnificent park, Spessa Castle dominates the splendid view that can be admired in this part of Friuli.
The 19th century castle comprises a small private chapel, which is still used today for weddings, and a suggestive reception salon suitable for meetings, ceremonies and business dinners.
Inside the castle there is a 14th century wine-cellar, ideal for guided visits or wine-tasting of the Pali Wines group of companies. On the first floor of the castle, the “Foresteria” has nine suites with period furniture, bathrooms, TV and air conditioning.
In the splendid scenery of Spessa Castle park there is also a magnificent 18-hole golf course characterised by different panoramas along the route. The fairway design is different too, giving the impression of playing on three different courses. The Club House is situated on the course, has ample parking and a terrace overlooking the golf course route.
