The “Palace Residence” is a modern property, situated in a panoramic location in Sestriere, in the heart of the large ski complex of the Via Lattea. The property is divided in 2 separate parts at 800 meters from each other and from the ski pistes, which are easily reachable through the local transfer system (corresponding to the opening times of the ski lifts).

The apartments are totally equipped and elegantly furnished. All dispose of a large terraces with view on the ski pistes and they guarantee all services for a holiday full of relax, comfort and fun: sat TV , phone, kitchenette, dishwasher, unattended parking place.

The Hotel option consist in the overnight stay at the ‘Palace 2’ complex, in apartments with 2/6 sleeping places. The ‘Palace 2’ disposes of a restaurant and a minimarket. The restaurant offers national and regional menus, a rich buffet breakfast and dinner with buffet starter, vegetables and cheese selection, a choice between 3 or 4 first courses, 3 or 4 second courses and ¼ of local wine, all included in the half board treatment. Guests who choose the Residence option can benefit from meal tickets at discounted rates.

The services of the property include: reception, bar, sat.tv hall and sky, free wireless access, laundry, bridge room, entertainment hall, fitness center with sauna, billiards and a miniclub for children from 4 to 8 years. The property also organizes special children dinners, such as “fast food” or “baby pizza” night and, on request, a babysitter service is available (to be paid on place).
