regarding the room : main door should more noise reducing, nespresso caps should be furnished more often, breakfast could be a bit more elaborated (some fresh fruits, fresh squeezed juices and meat/cheese).
Otherwise very nice area, good service and architecture/design concept.

Zash is the new Country Boutique Hotel located on the beautiful Lemon Riviera between Taormina and Mount Etna, an exclusive location to enjoy all the beauties of the Sicilian Ionian coast.
Zash is the deep nature of sound, the sound of the air within the leaves, the burst of a gesture in its flowing movements, that can only be perceived and enjoyed by living in the countryside. This marvellous country boutique hotel is indeed situated among lemon and orange groves, offering all its guests to be surrounded by nature, by its intense and elusive scents.
Zash offers several room types, allowing guests to stay in the main house, in the cantine or in the garden rooms. Zash melts the typical Sicilian rural architecture with a tasteful contemporary style, in an elegant and functional design. Indeed, the small and charming restaurant is located a round and inside the tank, where once the wine fermentation took place. The wonderful citrus garden that surrounds the kitchen and the millstone is very rich in fruits and guests will enjoy the freshly squeezed juices.
The hotel also features two separate meeting and events areas, based on the number of participants and needs. The larger area is located in the old winery, which includes a bar area for coffee breaks with direct access to the garden. Another space is located in the main house, more intimate and reserved, for smaller meetings or lunches. The large garden surrounding the hotel is full of relax areas and paths that can be used for healthy jogging and cycling activities.
