Rezzanello Castle dominates a splendid panorama, and is situated a short distance from the cities of Piacenza and Milan.
The building dates from the 10th century and is surrounded by an ancient park of about 17 acres. In recent times, the building was the property of the “Orsoline” nuns of Piacenza.
The castle has 14 double rooms, each furnished in period style with elegant furniture, four-poster beds and each with own bathroom and all amenities.
Large events can be organised not only inside, in the reception hall or in the three kitchens, but also outside, especially in the secular park which surrounds the castle and which, due to the temperate climate, contains special tree and shrub species and exotic plants.
The spacious parish church adjacent to the Castle is a particularly suggestive environment for the celebration of weddings.
To complete the list of facilities available, there is a swimming pool, also a heliport and ample parking to accommodate a large number of visitors.
