The Seghetti Panichi Historical Complex/The Seghetti Panichi Historic Borgo is on a hill near the Tronto River valley and has a vast panorama covering the Sibillini mountains and the Gran Sasso peak, right down to the Marche Appenine hills and the turquoise Adriatic Sea.

The complex comprises buildings of different eras: the Historical Residence, ancient medieval fortress transformed into country residence in 1700; the San Pancrazio Country Residence and other assorted buildings dating between the 17th and 19th centuries, built in the shelter of the ancient castle walls.

Surrounded by a historical park of rare beauty created by the ancestors of the Seghetti Panichi family, the complex is a unique and suggestive place, where the fascination of history remains intact thanks to the loving care of the owners. The Seghetti Panichi Park is the first Italian historical park with a bio-energetic route, a green area where the plants give special therapeutic benefits.
