Built in 1600, and after careful restoration work, Salamina has maintained the fascination of past times. Immersed in typical Puglia countryside and surrounded by secular olive trees, the masseria allows you to spend your holiday among genuine flavours and tranquillity, in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
The lodgings, simple yet comfortable and with all amenities, have been created out of the conversion of the masseria’s outbuildings.
Inside the masseria, there is a large and welcoming restaurant where you can taste specialities of Italian and particularly Mediterranean cuisine, with ancient traditions in the serenity of the countryside.
In the summer period, dinner is served in the masseria’s courtyard surrounded by ancient walls – a suggestive atmosphere.
The common areas comprise the meetings hall, bar lounge and TV room. The open-air swimming pool, permeated by fragrances from the garden, make Salamina ideal for outdoor sporting activities.
