Wood panelled public rooms with log fires and individually styled bedrooms show that Armathwaite Hall started life as one of England's stately homes. All rooms and suites have stunning views, the bedrooms in the Main House are of a more traditional style whilst the Spa Wing bedrooms have a more contemporary feel with ground floor rooms featuring private garden patios.
The hotel also offers a state-of-the-art conference centre, function rooms for weddings and civil ceremonies, and connoisseurs of fine cuisine will find much to appreciate at the lake view restaurant, accredited with one AA Rosette. Therefore, a new Spa project will be fully operational by the end of 2008, a topnotch complex with 12 beautiful holistic treatment rooms, 16 metre infinity pool, sauna, floor to ceiling waterfall, outdoor hot tub, hydrotherapy zone, dance studio and a top of the range gym.
