The ancient and majestic estate of Tenuta “La Bollina” is in the luxuriant countryside of Valle Scrivia, in the province of Alessandria between Novi Ligure and Gavi and for centuries it was the summer residence of the Marquesses Figari of Genoa.

The estate covers an area of 296 acres which, due to its characteristic environment and temperate climate, is suited to the cultivation of grapes and production of the fine “Gavi” wine.

In the estate’s wood, there are three buildings: the refined Liberty style villa, the congress centre and the modern La Bollina hotel which gives an elegant aesthetic effect in contrast to the adjacent villa.

The villa keeps its unaltered fascination of a distinguished 19th century residence, its rooms having all modern comforts and amenities and elegantly-finished bathrooms. There is also a refined restaurant, a bar and a comfortable reading room.

The pretty family chapel overlooking the lake and the golf course complete this remarkable architectonic-countryside ensemble.
