PROGRAMME:
When you arrive you will receive your weekly schedule. Start your holiday with your evening meal, if you wish a reduced calorie diet.
MONDAY: gymnastic hour starting at 7.45 and from 8.15 Aquagym in the indoor pool under supervision, diet breakfast, your first treatments and meeting with the manageress of the Beauty Farm.
Check up with the doctor, EKG, diet prescription, herb teas and prescription of extra medical treatments (infusions, laboratory tests, controls and physiotherapy) talk to the diet assistant about dieting and an introduction into our programme as well as other information.

TUESDAY: morning gymnastics, diet breakfast, treatments, in the afternoon open-air walk and yoga lesson.

WEDNESDAY: morning gymnastics, diet breakfast, treatments, weight check and talk with the diet assistant and in the afternoon open-air walk.

THURSDAY: morning gymnastics, diet breakfast, treatments.

FRIDAY: : morning gymnastics, diet breakfast, treatments, weight check and dismissal visit. At your wish, your individual diet programme can be prepared.

SATURDAY:: morning gymnastics, diet breakfast, treatments. Reservation of extra treatments for Sunday.

CONTENTS: 7 days FULL BOARD, with deintoxicating or calory-controlled diet. 6 daily gymnastic courses in the gym and in the swimming pool and

6 soft pack Balneo therapy. On prescription or optionally:
- HAY BATH: detoxicating, anti stress, helps relieve rheumatic and dermatological complaints - with seaweed: strengthens, lifts, helps during weight reduction and against cellulite
- with sea salt from the Dead Sea: for psoriasis, arthritis, and water retention
- "Jeneusse" bath: regenerating, purifying, soothing
- "Cleopatra" bath with whey: regenerating, particularly suitable for sensitive skin, stimulating for the circulation
- "panthermal" bath: relaxing, purifying, suitable for cellulite treatment or under water massage

6 full massages: on prescription of optionally: connective tissue massage, anti stress massage, foot reflection zone massage, bio energetical TAI YANG massage using the Chinese method, Lymph drainage according to "Vodder", Shiatsu, under water massage
1 facial cleaning with treatment / 1 body peeling / 1 manicure / 1 pedicure
All treatments are carried out by our carefully trained staff. The indoor pool (30°C) Finnish sauna, steam bath, Kneipp pool, Scottish shower and drizzle shower are at your disposal.
