The meat comes from our free-range farms within the resort. Inspired by the centuries-old tradition of monastic brewing, the artisan brewery allows guests to make a trip back in time to discover the forgotten tastes of this ancient beverage.

Relais San Biagio offers the opportunity to stay in double rooms on the three floors of the monastery. Other rooms are available in the Manor house just a few meters from the Monastery.
