Son commentaire: Wir waren 1 Woche in Taormina und haben die Luxury Residence sehr genossen. Die traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf das Meer, die auf reede liegenden Kreuzfahrtschiffe und den Etna hat uns begeistert. Den Ausbruch des Etna am 27.4. konnten wir vom Balkon unserer Wohnung aus hautnah verfolgen. Herr Fabiano war super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der fast familiären Atmosphäre. Wir empfehlen die Luxury Residence gerne weiter.

Son commentaire: Super Traumurlaub auf Sizilien. Die Anlage ist ein einziger Traum – wunderschön geschmackvolle und hochwertig eingerichtetes Appartment mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Bucht von Giardini Naxos und bis nach Catania sowie dem Ätna. Wir hatten das Appartment Mediterraneo, welches modern und luxuriös eingerichtet war, es war sehr sauber und mit sämtlichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet (flauschig weiche Handtücher, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und Gasherd, LCD-Fernsehen mit allen deutschen Kanälen…). Innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der Einkaufsmeile von Taormina, der Corso Umberto. Ein besonderer Dank an Herrn Fabbiano, welcher uns immer mit guten Tipps und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand – er war der perfekte Gastgeber. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und empfehlen die Anlage wärmstens weiter. ( Dieses Castello ist ein „Muss“) Mit freundlichen Grüßen. Susanne & Thomas Winkler Una vacanza da sogno in Sicilia ! La struttura è davvero un sogno - l'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato è arredato con gusto e con mobilio di altissima qualità, con vista mozzafiato sulla baia di Giardini Naxos e sull'Etna. Il nostro appartamento Mediterraneo era arredato in stile moderno, estremamente pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort (morbidi asciugamano, cabina armadio, cucina con ampio frigo e forno a gas, TV Lcd con ampia scelta di canali...). Il centro storico di Taormina con il famoso Corso Umberto è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Un grazie particolare va al sig. Fabbiano, che ci ha sempre consigliati al meglio ! Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare al Luxury Residence Taormina e consigliamo vivamente questa struttura.

Son commentaire: Loved the views and the apartment, didn't get to the pool as it was several floors and a LOT of steps down, which, when you are struggling with arthritis and a bad heart are not good. I would include in your advertising that the apartments are not suitable for anyone with a disability (purely because of all the steps) Fortunately we were in the top apartment but as we travelled as a party of 17, my husband and I found it difficult to share our holiday with the others. If you are fit, it's a beautiful place to stay. Thank you.

Son commentaire: The property is well maintained and very comfortable. It is however unsuitable for elderly guests due to the amount of steps involved getting around the property. The parking facilities are almost non existent and this area needs attention as it is sometimes impossible to find a parking spot and the road alongside the property is extremely steep and difficult to manoeuvre the car The interior of the apartments and the views are outstanding. The pool is very nice but cold as the solar heating did not seem to work very well We think the owners should provide soap, shampoo for guests as the nearest supermarket is a difficult 15 minute walk up a very steep hill The property is also not signposted and guests have to make an international phone call to the owner to gain access to the property if they are non Italian guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay but believe some minor changes could make it an outstanding stay We also disagree with the owners policy of reading the electrical meter on guests arrival and potentially charging more if the electrical allowance is exceeded. This is after all a "Luxury Residence" Soap, shampoo and electricity should all be included in the tariff

Son commentaire: Wonderful property. Fabulous accomodation, very clean. Really enjoyed our stay would definately recommend but due to location on quite steep hill and numerous stairs in propery itself this would not suit elderly or infirm. M.Fabiano was very helpful and genial host.

Son commentaire: “Smart apartment with stunning views” Reviewed 17 September 2012 NEW We stayed here for 7 nights in September and cannot recommend it enough. We had one of the smaller 1 bedroom apartments but found it extremely comfortable and modern; luxury residence is definitely an accurate description. We also had a huge balcony that gave us amazing views of Mount Etna and the town and bay of Giardini Naxos below. The walk to town is about 10 minutes or so via a car park lift but we found it easy enough to navigate. The owners were very helpful before our arrival and even more welcoming when we got there.

Son commentaire: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation and amenities were excellent, and the location was very convenient to the town, if up a fairly steep hill! Mr Fabbiano was very helpful on our arrival and gave us great tips in relation to accessing the beach, restaurants and visiting Mt Etna. We had a great time and would recommend it to others.

Son commentaire: Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und jedes Appartment für sich ein Schmuckstück. Die Residenz ist die schönste Ferienunterkunft, die ich je hatte. Herr Fabbiano bemüht sich sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Auch die Lage ist ein Traum. In 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das Zentrum von Taormina. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Ätna ist atemberaubend. Für mich gibt es aber doch 2 Kleinigkeiten, die verbessert werden könnten. W-lan war in unserem Appartment leider gar nicht zu empfangen, auch auf der Terrasse nur an einem Punkt. Für den Außenbereich des Pools würde ich mir Sonnenschirme wünschen. Ich werde die Luxury Residence auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und habe vor, bald wieder meine Ferien dort zu verbringen!!!

Son commentaire: We really enjoyed our stay. Mr Fabianno and Barbara were extremely helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and whenever we wanted help or advice both were only to happy to give it. We would certainly recommend this place highly to anyone else wishing to stay in or around Taormina. There were only one or two issues. It is not easy to find - even with a satnav. The climb from the apartments into Taormina on foot is only for the healthy (or those wishing to become very fit). Otherwise it is VERY well appointed, has beautiful views, is very private and relaxing and Mr Fabianno is the perfect owner and host. J Gell and Family - May 2012

He recommended some restaurants for us,brought us some Sicilain cake to try & even drove us & our suitcases up the steep hill(which is not for the faint hearted!) to our awaiting taxi on our departure.We would highly recommend these appartments.

Son commentaire: Superb. This is a stunning property, all rooms and balconies having amazing views of the sea, Giardini Naxos and Mount Etna. The friendly host Fabiano is extremely helpful and professional. The apartment we stayed in was equipped to a very high standard and beatifully furnished/decorated, not to mention spotlessly clean. A short walk away from the historic centre of Taormina with its shops and many restaurants. To cool down from the sun, either use the residence's own excellent swimming pool or Fabiano can arrange to have one of the various beaches pick you up in a minibus. A very special and relaxing place to spend your holiday, we would certainly recommend it to anyone.

The apartments we stayed in were very roomy, absolutely spotless, fantastically furnished, very peaceful with quite surroundings and absoltuley brilliant views. The location of the apartments is also the best with easy walking distance to shops, eateries and the historical centre of Taormina. The owner Mr Fabbiani was very helpful and always happy to assist us with any queries. I would certainally recommend staying at this complex any time.

Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Taormina, the apartments enjoy a very privileged, quiet location with spectacular views. We received a warm welcome on arrival from Sig. Fabbiano and Barbara, whom we found extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable throughout our stay. The swimming pool and sun terrace overlooking the sea were perfect for relaxing by at any time of the day.
