The Castle of Leonina is situated on the hills around Siena, in the Crete Senese area, close to the well known vineyards and wine producers. You can reach Siena in 10 minutes and Florence in 40 minutes. Within 40 minutes by car you can reach Montepulciano, Montalcino and Pienza.
BY CAR:
From north: get A1 motorway until the exit Firenze-Certosa. Keep going for the highway Firenze-Siena following the direction for Arezzo. Leave the highway at the crossroad Asciano- Taverne d’Arbia. Keep going for 6 km, then turn on the left for Leonina.
From south: get out from the A1 motorway, exit Valdichiana, follow the direction for Siena. Proceed through the highway for nearly 34 Km. At the crossroad Asciano-Taverne d’Arbia turn on the left and keep going for nearly 6 Km then turn on the left for Leonina.
By Train, Siena railway station, and from there pick-up service, with charge, by the hotel.
By plane, Rome or Florence airports, and then pick-up service, with charge, by the hotel.
