Manoir de La Hazaie
8/10 on 2 reviews
“Manoir de la Hazaie” is a wonderfully charming 15th century estate, secluded amidst its voluptuous medieval gardens and parkland, filled with genuine Italian fountains, gentle ponds and framed in a bed of delicately-scented roses, in a serene corner of the seaside village of Pleneuf-Val-André with its sublime microclimate, one of the finest ornaments of the Emerald Coast.
For generations the manor has been the seat of high-standing noblemen, starting from Jean de la Hazaie, hence the name, onward.
This warm and inviting abode is only minutes from long, sinewy stretches of beaches, a magnificent 18 hole golf course along side the sea shore, tennis, horseback riding, sailing and many other open air activities for the privileged traveller to experience and enjoy.
A short distance away, guests will be utterly enchanted by the dreamy coastal villages, revelling in the myriad treasures to be found in the many boutiques, craft shops, antique dealers and art galleries as well as savouring the area’s fine gourmet cuisine in one of the many exceptional restaurants followed by evening entertainment at the tempting and delightful casino.
