Il suo commento: We loved this place. It was such a beautiful location, and the staff was so friendly and helpful; they really made us feel at home. We couldn't stop smiling the entire time we were here; it was so relaxing. The apartment was very spacious and had a kitchenette and private outdoor area for relaxing. We regretfully only stayed two nights - Wish we could have stayed longer.

Il suo commento: The location is beautiful but no one was waiting for us when we arrived late at night (10:00pm) and no one knew what was going on. The room is located in a complex of private apartments and no one gave us any information. There was no reception room. When we finally found someone to get our room, we found there was no hot water etc... The place has a lot of potential but should be run better.

Il suo commento: No me gustó encontrarme con habitaciones no limpias. No hay señales para ir a la alberca y hubo un accidente por esa razón. Los escalones estan enlamados. Hace mucho frío y las habitaciones no tienen calefacción y no tienen calor para que uno este comfortable. Cuando pregunté que querían decir con self-catering no me dieron una explicación completa y eso no es correcto, porque uno no esta preparado para tener una habitación sin limpiar por una semana. Creo que deberían ser mas específicos para que uno sepa con que encontrarse. Creo que no recomendaría este servicio ni volvería a usarlo. Aunque la zona es bellísima y superó todas mis expectativas. Si volvería a la Toscana, pero no a esos castillos, por las razones expuestas.
