A nostro avviso visto gli altri soggiorni fatti in castelli o dimore storiche prese dal vostro sito questo e' stato per la struttura deludente in quanto le 4 stelle riportate secondo noi riguardano solo il fatto che l'hotel è un palazzo storico ma per quanto riguarda la struttura della camera ,del bagno ,della hall non le rispecchia per niente.
Anche il servizio colazione devo dire normale come in un qualsiasi albergo 3 stelle.Nulla da dire sul personale cortese e disponibile,ottimi i 2 ristoranti consigliati.
Bellissima Gubbio,ci si aspettava di + dall'hotel.

The staff was wonderful. We had a room on the main floor that was a little noisy, and perhaps not as nice as the rooms on upper floors. We would stay again, but would request a different room. |
