la camera pur fornita di TV - SKY - LETTORE DVD - non ha permesso di godermi un bel film nelle ore serali, posso giustificare che sky momentaneamente non funzionava per motivi tecnici ( così almeno hanno detto ????), ma non avere a disposizione della clintela qualche DVD credo sia inconcepibile. |

Salve,
ho trovato la Vs struttura molto bella e con un buon livello di servizi e cortesia, ritengo tuttavia, soprattutto quando si chiede un prezzo per il soggiorno sopra la media, che non sia una scelta azzeccata quella di consentire l'ingresso ,soprattutto in piscina, di persone non ospiti. Chi sceglie di passare qualche giorno a Villa Gussio cerca un posto dove potere rilassarsi, ritengo del resto che questo sia il Vs. obiettivo, e consentire ad altre persone, magari interi nuclei familiari diciamo un pò esuberanti, di usufruire degli stessi servizi dei clienti può infastidire.

1- E' mancato il coktel di benvenuto;
2- La struttura, nonostante la data avanzata,era funzionale al 50%;
3- Mancavano le guide (deplian etc.) per incoraggiare i clienti a visitare la zona di grande valenza paesaggistica, storica e delle tradizioni popolari;
4- Pur apprezzando il grande lavoro dei camerieri, al ristorante, è mancata la giusta professionalità, adeguata al prestigio del resort spa, da parte di chi aveva il compito di dirigere e consigliare;
5- ottima e bella la mostra fotografica. |
