Ihr Kommentar: My husband and I, together with two teenage children arrived at the beautiful Borgo del Carato and were impressed with the stunning accommodation and facilities. We stayed in an apartment and loved the breakfast poolside, the pool was absolutely wonderful, such a relaxing and enjoyable time. On one evening they were hosting a wedding reception poolside and we, together with other guests enjoyed a 3 course meal in the courtyard with beautiful wine and food. We loved going to visit Noto and Ortygia, such an easy drive. It had an element of a 'Tuscany' feel, wonderful location, facilities, host and so relaxing and enjoyable. Would highly recommend it, definitely need your own transport. Loved it! Brett & Susie (Perth, Western Australia)

Ihr Kommentar: The hotel was fantastic and the location in the hills was very beautiful. We were taken care of in the best way by Santo during our stay. The breakfast was good, but lacking fresh orange juice. We had dinner one night, and were not very impressed by the food. But overall the stay was great and rhe kids also really enjoyed it!

Ihr Kommentar: We had a wonderful stay here, staff are all very helpful and Santo the waiter is a star! The place has been beautifully and tastefully renovated, retaining its fantastic character. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, we ate here most nights and food was simple, delicious home cooking. Breakfasts were in a light, airy room and were abundant, with fresh croissants, wholegrain breads and lots of summer fruits, but it would have been nice to eat outside, though shade would have to be provided for this. Location-wise it was a bit further (half an hour) from Siracusa than we'd have liked, but if you don't mind longish drives it is well-placed for the Baroque towns,good beaches and Etna. It's a brilliant place in itself to unwind and relax and has a great pool and a small spa as well - we had lovely massages. We hope to return!

Ihr Kommentar: Cadre magnifique, bâtisse restaurée avec goût et élégance. Nous avons été très bien reçus par le propriétaire, sa fille et le personnel. Chambre très agréable et confortable. Bonne table.
Le petit hic, assez mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres et les chiens de la maison très "aboyeurs".

Ihr Kommentar: This place is really charming and helped us to relax and enjoy the time we spent. Located close to Palazolo and Syracuse in a very quite and private location, rooms are lights, interior is fresh and newly renovated, swimming pool is simply perfect..not crowded at all. The owner is very friendly and serves a delicious food in the evening. Really felt in an exclusive place, I shouldn't write this comment and keep this nice address for myself... :-) Don't hesitate.
