    The villas with access to a swimming pool refer to it on the title.(Residence sharing pool, 4 Bedroom Villa Private pool etc.)
    The other residences do not have access to a swimming pool but our stunning beach is a few steps away.

  • Our Complex of villas & Reis?dences is located approximately 1.8 klm from Gaios town. During the day you can walk but we always recomment to have your own transportation, espesially the hot days ,in order to explore the island .

  • The 2 Bedroom Residence with sea view does not have access to a swimming pool. The only 4 types that have access to a swimming pool refer to it on the title : Residence with shared pool , 3 bedroom villa , 4 bedroom villa & 5 Bedroom villa

  • The Villa has two different rate plans. The discounted rated which is non refundable and when scrolling down you can also find the same villa with the standard price but free cancellation until 21 days before arrival.
