Here you can savor the best of typical Emilian cuisine, prepared with fresh seasonal products from the surrounding countryside and the Borgo's garden (km 0 philosophy). On fine days, breakfast and dinner are served on the panoramic terrace, with views of the pool and the surrounding valleys. His Opinion: Très beau séjour. Hôtel idéalement situé dans les montagnes, facile d'accès. vue à couper le souffle. Accueil idéal. Une piscine pour se délasser après une journée de visite. Chambres confortables et au mobilier adapté aux demeures de charme ce que nous recherchions: un cadre avec de l'histoire!

His Opinion: The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment because the setting is splendid. Also I have to say that I’m at odds politically with using migrants to bring bags to rooms /work on site—these were the jobs our youths used to do —— it would have been nice to see young Italians from piacenza -surely there are some who need work too ?

His Opinion: A dire la verità avevo trovato questo bellissimo posto sul portale www.dormireneicastelli.it.
E in effetti speravo di dormire proprio dentro il castello, mentre questo si visita e basta.
Però la camera - una junior suite - era talmente bella ed il posto così incantevole che al malinteso non abbiamo dato nessuna importanza.
Soprattutto ho apprezzato la pace e la tranquillità del posto, dovuto direi ad un livello elevato degli altri ospiti e forse anche al fatto - e mi spiace dirlo - che molti non erano italiani.

The staff was warm and welcoming.
They gave us advice on how to spend our days exploring the area.
This was a truly a special trip for my husband and I.

Spa ricavata in una grotta non molto grande, ma molto particolare, regala momenti di gran relax. Molto consigliato per un weekend romantico. Grazie!

His Opinion: We were very impressed by the staff and the property at Antico Borgo di Tabiano Castello. The staff prepared us a meal (as the restaurant was closed and we didn't have a car) and then made breakfast early for us, as our train departed at 7 am. We were so grateful for their hospitality and we have decided to come back sometime in the future for a longer stay!

His Opinion: Our room definetly needs to be upgraded to warrant the costs per night. Lighting was poor, no place to plce/hang clothes and bathroom, although adequate needs to be updated. In the ned we still enjoyed our visit.
