Four Restaurants and Award-Winning Cellars
The gastronomic experience is varied and of the highest level thanks to four different restaurants. The flagship is Le Petit Bellevue, an intimate gourmet restaurant previously awarded a Michelin Star. The Ristorante Bellevue offers refined Italian cuisine. For an authentic experience, the Bar à Fromage, restaurant de montagne serves fondues and raclette in a rustic setting. Finally, La Brasserie du Bon Bec offers simple and convivial dishes. The hotel also houses an award-winning wine cellar with around 15,000 bottles and a well-stocked artisanal cheese cellar.
“Le Sorgenti del Gran Paradiso” SPA (1,200 m²)
The extensive wellness area, named “Le Sorgenti del Gran Paradiso” (The Springs of Gran Paradiso), spans 1,200 m² and is entirely dedicated to relaxation. The SPA includes two indoor pools with water jets and whirlpools, six different saunas (including bio-sauna, Finnish sauna, and steam bath), a salt cave, an ice cave, and emotional showers. The hotel also offers couple’s treatment rooms, a fully equipped Technogym fitness center, and personalized wellness pathways. Access to the SPA is free for guests, with limited hours for children (only one of the two pools).
