His Opinion: Good room, great location, reception staff pleasant and super helpful. Breakfast could have done with a bit more variety, There's only so many scrambled eggs a man can eat. Too much sweet stuff for me.

I loathed the constant canned music in every room.

Overall good and I would stay there again.

His Opinion: The hotel has beautiful gardens which are very inviting on a warm day. Located a short distance from the Bus and Rail station (over a couple of bridges) and may be worth using a porter service to locate the hotel first time, especially with heave luggage. The hotel staff were very nice although the room was quite small and the bed was a little uncomfortable but considering its location on the Canal is reasonable value for money.
