Located on Via Argine Sinistro 105 in Sambruson di Dolo (Venice), Cà Zane Martin is a late 15th-century Venetian villa, carefully restored to preserve original frescoes, wooden ceilings and noble features. Once home to the Zane, Morosini and Venier families, it was later revived by the Martin family and transformed into a charming 4-star hotel.

The hotel features several room types: some are located in the main villa and retain frescoed walls and antique details, while others are in the adjacent barchessa building.
