    No, unfortunately due to a health issue I cannot access the breakfast rooms but each room has its own veranda.
    
    It's only two flights, about 20 steps.

• We have a small dog - a shih'tzu- could you let me know extra costs for the dog and if there are places on the property where the dog cannot go? Also - my elderly mother will be with us - are there many steps on the property (to get to breakfast etc)?
