His Opinion: Soggiorno perfetto, camera suite elegante ma sobria, di gusto. Se proprio dovessi muovere un appunto, la tendina plasticata della vasca del bagno stride con il tenore dell'insieme!

His Opinion: Il posto merita l’aggettivo “da favola”. Personale cortese e attento. Colazione molto buona, varia ed abbondante.
Il centro benessere è piccolo, ma molto ben organizzato.
Unica nota non positiva è stata la presenza di altri ospiti rumososi e maleducati proprio nella spa.
Non certo per colpa della struttura o del personale, ma ciò ha un po’ compromesso il relax che speravamo. Forse perché mancava una figura che lo assicurasse.
Ad ogni modo giustizio assolutamente buono. Grazie di tutto. Torneremo.

His Opinion: Soggiorno perfetto. Personale molto cordiale e disponibilissimo. Ambienti molto puliti. Ristorante delizioso.
Purtroppo un po' disturbato dal traffico veicolare della strada adiacente.
Se proprio dovessi consigliare una miglioria: il bagno in camera, seppur sempre pulitissimo, secondo me
avrebbe bisogno di un restauro.

His Opinion: Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel, sehr schönes Gelände mit Castel, Nebenhäusern und hübschem Garten, Zentrum Merans mit nettem Spaziergang über die Passer in ca. 10 min erreichbar, unser Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, Ausstattung, Vorhänge und div. Details sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, da könnte mal etwas erneuert, modernisiert oder überarbeitet werden. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut, die Bar am Abend gemütlich mit Klaviermusik (an einem Abend), insgesamt kann man das Haus weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Come suggerimento mi piacerebbe trovare in albergo un elenco di località vicine a Merano che meritano di essere visitate: penso a itinerari a tema (Castelli, masi, piccoli musei locali, aziende artigiane di prodotti locali ...) che certamente renderebbe ancora più invitante la vostra offerta e più interessante il soggiorno.
