Castello di Guarene is an 18th-century noble residence located in the heart of the Langhe and Roero regions. Lovingly restored, it combines antique furnishings, historic frescoes and Italian gardens to offer a refined stay surrounded by art, nature and contemporary comfort.

The castle features 12 rooms and suites, each one different. From the 40 m² Classic Room to the 200 m² Luxury Suite, all offer elegant decor, fine fabrics, four-poster beds in some categories, original period flooring and views over the gardens, Piedmont hills and Alps.

His Opinion: Par dessus tout, la cuisine était excellente, imaginative et raffinée! On a rarement aussi bien mangé dans un Relais et Château.
Surtout le dire au chef cuisinier!
Le confort était parfait, le service était souriant, discret et efficace, le cadre exceptionnel !
Exceptionnel à tous points de vue!

His Opinion: L'unica cosa che ci ha un po delusi è stato il ristorante, ho mangiato molto bene, ma il menù mi è sembrato un po scarso per il livello della cucina, ma soprattutto la sala dove abbiamo cenato mi è parsa un po fredda, mi spiego meglio...la mise en plus mi è sembrata un po scarsa visto la grandezza del tavolo, (come l'impiattamento dei primi) avrebbe sicuramente riscaldato l'ambiente un centro tavola colorato ( anche rose non sempre bianche) per contrastare le tonalità di bianco presente anche sui muri (magari qualche quadro o pianta quà e la avrebbero riscaldato l'atmosfera)
credo che la sala colazione oppure quella piano terra sarebbero più indicate per delle cene "romantiche".
Scusate se sono stato prolisso , ma sono sicuro che per raggiungere l'eccellenza, dobbiate necessariamente confrontarvi anche con critiche costruttive.
Detto questo. la mia valutazione è estremamente positiva e sicuramente ci ritorneremo.
