His Opinion: The Castello is perched on the hilltop with lovely views and lots of outdoor space to enjoy them. The owners were extremely gracious and we enjoyed a lovely dinner in their restaurant. It was a very pleasant stay!

His Opinion: Venuti qui a ottobre,location incantevole in alto al colle con vista splendida. La cucina dello chef da 10! Cortesia e gentilezza dello staff,essendoci poca affluenza alla reception ci hanno assegnato la stanza superior più carina (vista strepitosa,stanza calda e accogliente,vasca jacuzzi fantastica).unico imprevisto,le cimici delle foglie che di notte son passate dalla pompa di calore per star al caldo e abbiam dovuto farci cambiar in una stanza senza pompa di calore,ma son stati gentilissimi a cambiarci subito.se posso dar un suggerimento,qualche volantino informativo su cosa veder nei paesi dei dintorni.

His Opinion: Il castello di San Giuseppe è una dimora incantevole, circondato da quell'alone di mistero degno di un castello che si rispetti e, inoltre, suggerisco due chiacchere con la proprietaria: donna affascinante quanto ermetica, ma potrà raccontarvi alcune delle vicissitudini e delle storie che nei secoli e non solo, hanno intrigato l'atmosfera le mura e i corridoi di quel posto. Il giardino incantato, le palme una piccola fontanella e da quel punto poi, si discende attraverso una scalinata stropicciata dal tempo, che porta alla piscina; dove l'acqua sembra precipitare nel vuoto e nella vallata all'orizzonte, le colline punteggiate dagli alberi e il verde, che in autunno questa stagione, i colori vivono al tramonto. Passaggi segreti, trabocchetti e uno scantinato nascosto, forse percorso dall'acqua, chissà, forse ce ne sono. Provate a chiederglielo!
La gentilezza e cordialità si estende a tutto il personale o per restare in tema: "servitù " che ho trovato impeccabile e disponibile.

His Opinion: Il giudizio è assolutamente positivo per acueil, ospitalità e location, non altrettanto per la ristorazione:
ben due vini presenti in lista, una volta ordinati sono risultati non disponibili, le portate avevano una composizione diversa da quella indicata nel menù (finocchi al posto che cipolle, etc.); la presentazione dei piatti era molto buona ma la preparazione lasciava a desiderare (patate crude!).
Il prezzo è risultato assolutamente disallineato (per eccesso) rispetto ad altri ristoranti della zona di livello analogo ma con piatti migliori e meglio cucinati.
Ritornerei al Castello, molto difficilmente al ristorante.
Unico difetto della camera: il bagno era dotato di doccia (nella vasca da bagno) ma mancava qualsiasi protezione, così l'acqua si spandeva per tutto il bagno.
