His Opinion: J'avais réservé pour dormir dans le chateau, mais j'ai finalement dormi à deux Minutes de celui-ci, dans une annexe : petit pavillon composé de 6 chambres sans caractéristiques architecturales communes au chateau . Personne ne s'est déplacé pour m'emmener jusque là, c'est l'hotesse d'accueil qui a du m'accompagner.
Ce n'est pas ce qu'on appelle dormir dans un château.

His Opinion: L'hotel nous a offert tous ce que l'on attendait d'un chateau écossais. Cadre idyllique, batît monumental, enfilade de pièces, décoration royale, accueil convivial.
Les deux restaurants nous ont offert une variété de plats très gouteux, et la carte des vins est à la hauteur des grands restaurants français.
Ne surtout pas oublier d'effectuer la visite de la fauconnerie. Nous sommmes restés sans voix devant certains volatils.
J'ai choisi ce séjour pour un cadeau sur le thème de l'amour, il a été à la hauteur de ce sentiment profond.

His Opinion: We missed tissue box and toilet brush in our room but everything else was nice. Service and Food in the "cheaper" Restaurant was very good. Compared to other Castle Hotels we found Dalhousie Castle too large with too many people. But all together it was a very nice stay.
