Medical Spa
The Medical Spa team, led by Dr Alexander Angerer, has a preventative health approach. He integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), nutrition, acupuncture and homoeopathy, in addition to using the latest techniques to analyse Heart Rate Variability, gut microbiome, and sleep.
Restaurant
Cuisine is a highlight and Gault Millau awarded Preidlhof’s Restaurant three toques. Guests enjoy local products and regional delicacies, much of which Preidlhof cultivates and harvests itself. The Chef skilfully blends the health-giving properties of an Alkaline and Mediterranean Diet with the rich flavours and traditions of Italian and South Tyrolean cuisine.
Facilities
Situated in a location registering a natural high-energy source, the beautiful contemporary six-floor Sauna Tower embraces 360° views of the Valley and Mountains. Invigorate and relax in 16 different sauna, steam and relaxation spaces and experiences, including the world’s only DEEP SEA Relaxation Room, awarded an Innovation prize.
Preidlhof has 6 pools and 4 whirlpools. The highlights: the Infinity Saltwater Pool and the Infinity Sport Pool with its sensation of ‘touching the void’.
All 71 rooms and suites have stunning views. The suites feature loggias and some have a daybed, which offers the possibility to sleep outdoors. Preidlhof’s Penthouse Suite comes with its own private sauna, whirlpool and exclusive butler service.
How to get to Preidlhof
There is free and secure underground parking for guests. Preidlhof provides complimentary transfers from Naturno train station. The resort can also arrange transfers Innsbruck, Verona and Venice, the closest international airports.
