Eremito Hotelito del Alma is located in Parrano (Terni), Umbria, in a restored 13th-century monastery built with bio-architecture principles. Nestled in nature within view of a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, it’s a sanctuary for silence, contemplation, and soulful rest.
The “celluzze”: simplicity and essential comfort
Eremito offers 18 minimalist rooms called “celluzze”, inspired by ancient monastic cells. These simple spaces feature French beds, small private bathrooms, essential furnishings, no TV, phone or Wi‑Fi. Thanks to thermal insulation and underfloor wood-fired heating, the climate stays comfortable year-round.
Vegetarian-vegan cuisine and monastic dining
The Refettorio serves fixed menus made from organic vegetables, many grown in Eremito’s garden. In winter, meals are enjoyed by the stone fireplace; in summer, under the garden pergola. Umbrian flavors rooted in simplicity and Mediterranean tradition.
Natural wellness: silence, yoga and nature
The spa area is carved into the rock, offering a heated bath, hydromassage, steam room, meditation areas and yoga sessions. No background music – only the sounds of nature and the slow rhythm of personal reflection.
