Gesamteinschätzung: Als Mitglied von Icastelli habe ich nicht mal ein Mineralwasser kostenlos erhalten. Das ist das letzte Mal das ich bei Ihnen ein Hotel buche. Bei LHW oder wenn ich ein Hotel mit meinem Amex platinum buche, habe ich viel bessere Anmerkung. Ich fühle mich von euch verascht CHF 98 Kommission bezahlt zu haben.
