His Opinion: Everything was absolutely wonderful!
Our room was delightful and very spacious. I love how breakfast was delivered to your room each morning. The balcony was great with our own jacuzzi, lounge chairs and of course the views are dreamy and make you never want to leave.
One small thing that could be improved is that upon arrival from a very long journey, while waiting in reception for our room to be ready- a beverage (even a glass of water) could be offered. Most of the time it felt close to 5 star service but upon arrival could be better which is the first impression.
